Relay For Life

Cancer is a global epidemic that affect 1 in 3 people. To help aid the fight against cancer Richland Northeast High School hosted our first annual Relay For Life event on April 22, 2017. The event consisted of several school’s from across the midlands. The event was sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
“It’s close and near to my heart because my mother died from cancer. So of course I want to support other people get through it.”

The day was filled with fun activities for everyone to do. There was people from all ages and even cancer survivors and cancer fighters from our own school.
“The event means a lot to me, this is my family here this is Richland Northeast Cavalier family. I feel like all for just us and for all the other survivors and loved ones who we have lost. “
