Junior Lani Paul returns from the witness stand.
On March 7 and 8, the Mock Trial team competed at State. Prosecution competed in one round while Defense competed in two. This was the first State Competition for Mock Trial since 2019. The Mock Trial team placed 4th out of the 12 schools. Judges awarded Tinnin Lewis (junior) as the most effective witness of her round while Sydnee Turner (sophomore), Morgan Davis (sophomore), and Caroline Brandes (junior) were awarded the most effective attorneys of their respective rounds.
