Jayden Gaskins, Staff Editor
Jayden Gaskins, the editor-in-chief of the literary magazine, is a senior in PCA orchestra, PCA theatre, and the Convergence Media program at RNE. He is a writer for The Saber’s online publication, a co-host for “The Saber’s Edge” podcast, and the host of the where they take on different areas to see what goes on throughout the school, and even outside of it. He is also in the symphonic South Carolina Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, RNE’s interact club, National Honor Society, and Student Government. When he isn’t busy, Jayden enjoys composing and listening to music, writing, playing instruments, and taking pictures of nature. In the future, he hopes to go to school for music or drama to pursue a career in education or performance.
Logan Jones, Staff Writer
Logan Jones is a junior at Richland Northeast High School, where they are also involved in the Horizon, PCA, and Convergence Media magnet programs. They are very musically involved, including being a part of the concert band, a former member of the Silver Cadet Marching Band, in an outside rock band called Toonah, and taking lessons for piano and bass guitar. Logan also participates in the Pride club and National Art Honors Society. They are the oldest of three children and have a cat (Leia, 6) and a dog (Minnie, 5). Some of their favorite hobbies include writing, visual arts, baking, photography, theatre, and spending time with friends.
