Richland Two’s annual High School District Honors Band clinic performance was on Friday, Dec. 1, here in the auditorium. The clinic consisted of a conjoint band group from all five high schools in our district, with one rigorous rehearsal, starting on the morning of the concert. The students were under the direction of Dr, David W. Carter, an assistant professor of Music Education at Coastal Carolina University, who has previously served as the Director of Bands and Fine Arts Department Chair at Cane Bay High School. The auditorium was packed, but if you could not attend the performance, here are some clips of what happened and what they played.
