Friday, January 19, was an unfortunate night for Cavalier basketball. Even though neither team was able to secure the “W” against Ridgeview, there were a few power players.
Ryan Scrivens finished off the game with an impressive 14 points, and David Wine had an incredible 7 steals.
However, after an intense 4 quarters, the boys team would lose in the end with a final score of 56-43, and the girls team would fight hard but ultimately fall short with a final score of 52-26.
Despite the score, the energy of the student body and the crowds alike were off the charts.
The boys and girls will have 3 more chances this week at redemption when they face Westwood, Lugoff-Elgin, and Irmo respectively.
